Live! with Dr. Stein is a subscription-based membership

The Live! with Dr. Stein is a monthly subscription-based membership. It works the same way as, for example, Netflix. When you join (subscribe) you will be prompted for your credit card information but no payment will be taken until your free trial period ends (see below). You will then be charged monthly. As long as you are subscribed, you will receive reminders inviting you to attend the live sessions and will have access to the recordings and the Community.

No-risk free trial

When you subscribe there is a 14 day trial period in which you can visit the membership site where the recordings are published, you can participate in the Community, and you can attend one live session. Your first payment will be processed on day 15. If you decide Live! with Dr. Stein is not for you, simply unsubscribe within the 14-day free trial period and you will not be charged any fees.

Cost

Your investment to keep learning and improving your health is $49 CAD per month ($46.67 + 2.33 GST). 

Unless you cancel, your membership will automatically be renewed every month after the initial 14-day trial period. For example, if you subscribe on the first day of a month, your first payment will be due on the 16th of that month. Thereafter, each monthly payment will occur on the 16th of each consecutive month.

 

Low-income subsidy

I want to make sure everyone can access this valuable membership. There is a sliding, pay-what-you-can scale for those on low income. If you earn less than $30,000/year you can apply for low-income access. You select what you can afford from $29 or $9 per month. You will be asked to reapply each year to indicate that you still meet the low-income eligibility.

  • To apply for the low-income subsidy, email a copy of last year's income tax statement or disability statement providing evidence of your low income to [email protected].
  • We use the honor system, so please only apply if you are on low-income as defined above.
  • Your information will be kept private and be destroyed as soon as it's reviewed and the code is sent to you.
  • Once approved, you can use the coupon code and checkout link provided for all registrations for the rest of the calendar year.

 

Cancellation

You are in charge, You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. When you cancel, your access remains in place until the end of the current billing period. The billing period is one month from the date of your most recent payment. At the end of your billing period, you will no longer incur further payments and your access to the live sessions, recordings and the Community will cease. You may re-subscribe at any time.

You are covered by my personal guarantee. All purchases of the Live! With Dr. Stein subscription-based membership will not be processed within the first 14 days after your purchase date. If for any reason, you don't want to continue after 14 days, simply unsubscribe. Your credit card will be charged for one month on Day 15. If you decide to cancel your subscription after that, you can without penalty. You’ll continue to have access until the end of the current billing period, which is one month from the date of your most recent payment. At the end of the billing period, your credit card will no longer be charged, and your membership access will end. You may re-subscribe at any time.
